The idea behind the concept painted on this door is:
1. We are all sisters, no matter what race, color or creed.
2. Each side represents opposite sides of the world they may be from.
3. One of these sisters is always holding the other one up, no matter how you turn it.

Hello, Susan.
A good friend of mine paints on any surface that'll hold the paint, including things her parents wish she hadn't painted on but can't really complain once they see the completed work, so I enjoyed reading about how you just had an urge to paint that door. Keep 'em coming!
